Mums. Business owners. and two people who recently found out how to access the travel industry.
who we are.
Becca (right) is the yellow sticker queen. If there’s a reduced shelf in a supermarket, she’s already found it. She has an almost spiritual relationship with the word whoopsie — and zero shame about it. The same woman who hunts down a bargain on Vinted and THE OUTNET with the focus and dedication most people reserve for actual work.
Laura simply cannot bring herself to waste money. She’d be the first to admit it’s A Thing. As an overthinker with perfectionist tendencies, she doesn’t just overthink the price — she overthinks the destination, the timing, the hotel, the room category, whether the pool is big enough and if there’s a better beach fifteen minutes down the road. The idea of not making the absolute most of her time with her family and money is genuinely haunting. Life is better when the numbers make sense and the holiday delivers.
We know that like us, you also work hard for your money — and we believe every pound of it should go as far as possible. Whether that’s a long weekend with your family, a reunion with friends you keep meaning to see, or a creative escape that fills you back up again.
Smart spending isn’t about saving up for the one big trip. It’s about doing more of what actually matters.
Driven by passion
We figured out a long time ago that the best travel isn’t always the most expensive. It’s the most intentional.
So when someone showed us how the travel industry actually works — it landed very differently than it might for someone who just clicks book without looking twice.
The insight was simple. Commission is already built into every holiday, every flight, every hotel booking. It doesn’t disappear when you book yourself. It just goes to someone else.
We asked the uncomfortable questions. “You sure this isn’t a scam?”
We looked at it the way two women who’ve spent years building legitimate businesses look at everything — carefully, critically, and with a healthy dose of scepticism.
And it turns out it was real. So real that' there’s 30,000 people doing it.
So we signed up.
And in our first six months, we saved £6,000 on trips we were booking anyway.
That meant better hotels than we’d have justified before. More trips than we’d have said yes to. Weekends away with the kids that would previously have felt like a stretch — said yes to without a second thought.
That’s what the commission was costing us every single year. Before we knew it existed.
We think of it as our travel subscription.
You’ve already got Beauty Pie for skincare at cost price. Netflix for premium content. Spotify for the whole catalogue.
This is the same logic applied to travel.
One membership. Agent credentials. Industry rates.
And if you’re running your own business — this is a legitimate business expense. The licence, the training, the membership. Straight through your accounts, justifiable to your accountant, genuinely useful in the real world.
Not a workaround. Not a grey area.
And for many of the founders we know through our work at Better Said Studio, travel is the work. Hosting retreats. Speaking at events. Meeting clients. When that’s the case, having agent credentials and access to industry rates isn’t just a nice-to-have — it’s the ability to search for and secure the best possible rate on every single trip. No more Premier Inn when for the same price you could be checking into The Hoxton.
And the perks go beyond the room rate. Think upgrades, personal tours and complimentary drinks.
This isn’t just smarter booking. It’s a completely different experience of travel.
The biggest whoopsie sticker we’ve ever found.
COME ON THE JOURNEY WITH US.
We did our due diligence, and decided to share it — just like we do when we find an email platform we love, or a tool that’s genuinely changed how we work. You tell the people around you. You don’t keep it to yourself.
We’ve never gatekept our knowledge or our wisdom. In everything we do, if something works, we share it. If something saves time, money or sanity — we pass it on. The same applies here.
Because that’s what you do when you find a good door. You hold it open.
So if you’re curious and you think we look like fun people to go on the journey with, drop us an email.
